Andersen Boutique Hotel

-Wonderful place in a good location, very close to the main train station, a 5 min walk -Great neighbourhood with places to see in walking distance -Colourful rooms with all amenities -Great breakfast, cafe and bar - loved their breakfast spread, nespresso on tap :D, free wine 5-6 pm -Nice touches such as chocolates on every floor if you take the stairs, 100 dkk voucher for the bar across the street if you skip housekeeping -Small but equipped gym -Extremely helpful staff, especially Alexander and Mads, both of whom had great recommendations and such enthusiasm to make sure you enjoy Copenhagen as a visitor. They know so much about the city and recommend places that may not even be on your list. Others at the reception were nice too. I loved my stay here.

The location is excellent - a short walk from the central station (train and metro), and close to some great attractions and sights. The breakfast is really good, and it was topped up/tidied regularly throughout the breakfast period. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

Plenty of space in the room, different types of pillows to choose from (flat, firm, fluffy), great breakfast, nespresso machine available to use, free fruit in the lobby, complementary hair conditioner in the bathroom, windows perfectly blocking any noise from the street, hotel staff very helpful with suggesting nice places to eat, location close to the central station, wine hour

Place was great, close to Central Train Station (600 feet), but very quiet. Excellent breakfast buffet, most helpful staff both during and well before our stay (detailed answers and guidance on getting to and from the hotel as related to ship port and airport). Enjoyed the 1700 - 1800 Hours daily wine guests social (first drink free then at 50%). Special recignition to all staff, but especially to Lucas who went even further to ensure guests were doing well. Location to shopping and mass transit all very close, easy walks. Recommend this hotel to all.

The staff were exceptional: ;\We arrived at the hotel way to early to check in. The front desk person person offered to call us when the room was ready. Since we were traveling from the US, she said she would ring us twice and then hang up. How nice! Just one example. The room was nicely appointed and well sized for European hotels. Wifi was good. Breakfast was exceptional. I also liked the diversity of the guests. Not a business crowd. Many young hip and folks with tattoos and multicolored hair. Although we are in our 60s and 70s, I liked that.
