I absolutely loved the location of the hotel. It is very close to the city center, within walking distance, and both the train station and metro are just 3 minutes away. Despite the proximity to the train station, the street is quiet and clean, and we were not disturbed at all. The hotel and the room were clean and cozy, and we especially appreciated that the room was warm, with adjustable temperature. We were there during Christmas time, so the decorations added to the festive atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, and this was true for everyone we met during our stay. At the same time, they were not intrusive. The lobby is quite charming and cozy, and we spent our evenings there because it was very cold outside at that time. In the evening, they have a wine hour. Although we weren't interested in the wine, it was nice to be in the atmosphere of the lobby where everyone gathered. They offer unlimited tea and capsule coffee, as well as cookies, candies, and fruits. There is also filtered water available for guests. The breakfast, while not very varied, consisted of fresh products and baked goods, and it was quite pleasant. As for the service, on our last day, we were checking out at 5 AM, and upon our request, they prepared a breakfast box for us to take with us. They also offer a bonus if you decline room cleaning. You can choose a sweet treats package, a discount on bicycle rentals, or a voucher for a nearby bar.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel in Copenhagen, and I couldn’t have been happier with my experience. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The hotel is incredibly well-located, just a short walk from Central Station, making it easy to explore the city. One of the highlights was the fantastic breakfast selection – a great variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day right. The complimentary tea and coffee available throughout the day was such a nice touch, and the evening glass of wine, along with the sweet jars on each floor, made the experience feel even more special. Our double room was a great size, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The attention to detail in the decor extended throughout the hotel, creating a warm and stylish atmosphere. The luxury bathroom products were a real treat, adding to the sense of indulgence. The staff were absolutely lovely—friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile. I also really appreciated the thoughtful complimentary gifts offered if you chose not to have your room attended to for the day. All of these little touches made our stay in Copenhagen extra special. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and welcoming place to stay. I’ll definitely be returning on my next visit!

The Andersen Boutique Hotel is perfectly located less than a 3 minute walk from Copenhagen Central Station. Despite the close proximity to the station, we never heard any noise from trains at any point during our stay. The hotel is situated near Tivoli Gardens, which wasn’t open while we were visiting. Although it’s one of the big attractions of Copenhagen, there were plenty of other things to see and do in the city and we filled almost every minute of our 3-day stay. The Andersen Boutique Hotel was a lovely hotel. The staff were always extremely polite and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was excellent, there was always plenty of choice and it was fresh and tasty. In the evenings from 5-6pm, the hotel hosts ‘wine hour’ where they serve complimentary glasses of wine, beer or soft drinks. There’s always coffee and tea available and an honesty bar in the reception area. The rooms were spotless and ‘incentives’ were offered for opting out of daily room servicing. These included 100DKK voucher redeemable in the bar at their sister hotel across the road, 50% of bike hire and bags of sweet treats. If we are ever lucky enough to return to Copenhagen, we will definitely stay again!!

-Wonderful place in a good location, very close to the main train station, a 5 min walk -Great neighbourhood with places to see in walking distance -Colourful rooms with all amenities -Great breakfast, cafe and bar - loved their breakfast spread, nespresso on tap :D, free wine 5-6 pm -Nice touches such as chocolates on every floor if you take the stairs, 100 dkk voucher for the bar across the street if you skip housekeeping -Small but equipped gym -Extremely helpful staff, especially Alexander and Mads, both of whom had great recommendations and such enthusiasm to make sure you enjoy Copenhagen as a visitor. They know so much about the city and recommend places that may not even be on your list. Others at the reception were nice too. I loved my stay here.

The hotel is lovely. We had a warm welcome at check in. I had forgotten my guide book, however that didn't matter as Peter on reception told us everything we needed to know for our short break. The room was clean, modern and comfortable. Perfect for our stay. The breakfast was lovely. All of my favourite things plus some extras I hadn't tried before - Danish breads. The hotel had some great finishing touches - a voucher to have a drink in the bar over the road if you opt to skip housekeeping of your room. Happy hour from 5pm for all guests to enjoy a complimentary drink was a lovely idea too.
